Coach & Shop Staff
Part Time - $15-$20/hour
Coach & Shop Staff serve on the front lines of JSAW by coaching riders, serving customers, and making disciples. They help create a safe, welcoming environment where riders experience the love of Christ. Depending on the season and their strengths, coaches serve in skate, wake, snow or trampoline programs while also working regular shop shifts.
Operations Manager
Full Time - $60,000 - $80,000
The Operations Manager ensures JSAW runs with excellence behind the scenes. This role owns the organization's administrative systems, finances, human resources, fundraising operations, and organizational infrastructure so that the Executive Director and ministry staff can focus on making riders into disciples.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by building systems, improving processes and helping others succeed. They love creating order, managing projects, solving problems and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Social Media & Content Producer
Part Time - $15-$25/hour
We’re looking for a creative and mission-driven Social Media & Content Producer to help tell the story of JSAW. This role will create engaging photo, video, and social media content that connects with riders, volunteers, and donors while growing awareness of our mission to make riders into disciples. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, content production, and action sports culture.
Shop Intern
Part Time - $15/Hour
The Shop Intern is a paid, part-time role for youth ages 14–17 at Help Boardshop, JSAW’s indoor skatepark. Interns learn real job skills like customer service, merchandising, media content creation, and coaching—all while growing in faith, leadership, and teamwork. This three-month internship equips young riders to serve their community, build their resumes, and discover what it means to follow Christ through their work.
