A new event called The Session brought together 40 riders at Help Bardshop for a night of worship, testimony, and the Gospel. It wasn’t just about skating, it was about building a stronger community, worshiping God, and hearing a story of how God is at work in a
rider's life in a space that feels like home.
The park was filled with excitement as riders sang worship songs together. In the same space where tricks are learned and friendships are built, riders experienced God’s presence in a real and powerful way.
A highlight of the night was a testimony from a rider named Cam who shared his journey through a life-changing injury. His story of perseverance and faith struck a chord with everyone, showing how God’s strength carries us through life’s hardest challenges.
The night ended with a gospel message designed for riders, offering hope and purpose. Riders were reminded that no matter how many falls we take, God is always ready to offer a fresh start and a bigger purpose for our lives. Eight riders prayed to receive Christ after resonating with Cam’s story.
The Session is more than a worship night; it’s a community where riders can worship God or hear the gospel for the first time in an environment that resonates with their culture and passions. It’s about finding God in the everyday—on the ramps, rails, and beyond.
